Unsubscribe

Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link in the header and at the foot of the message. Using either removes you immediately — there is no confirmation step and no “are you sure”.

If the link did not work

Email [email protected] with the word unsubscribe in the subject. We process these by hand within one working day and you will get a confirmation once it is done.

What happens next

We keep a note that the address opted out. That record exists purely so we never contact it again, and it is never used for anything else.
